With the Heinkel Peeler centrifuge the hinged, automatically opening housing of the centrifuge ensures total accessibility when opened
and thus permits complete inspection of all components in the processing area. Due to the construction with little dead space and
the high polished surfaces in the processing area of the centrifuge a minimum of product remains on the operating components. The
pneumatic residual layer removal system guarantees complete discharge of product. The fully automatic CIP system, if necessary completed
by flooding the filtrate housing, provides an effective cleaning of all surfaces within the unit. The GMP-compatible construction
of this centrifuge series is subject to a continuous improvement process.
