Reconditioning of Rotating Process Equipment
HEINKEL’s have been manufacturing and repairing rotating equipment since 1909. In 1971 we developed the inverting centrifuge for the process industry and as they say the rest is history.
With our knowledge and expertise we offer a full service repair and reconditioning service for all rotating equipment. We do not receive the machines clean them, paint them, and then return the machine to you as some cheap Charlies do. What we actually do is the following.
Initial Inspection
Heinkel will inspect the machine at your premises and provide you with an estimated cost of repair
Detailed Inspection
On receiving your machine in our work shop we will dismantle the machine completely and inspect the components for damage. We will then separate the damaged items and invite you to our workshop where we will demonstrate which components need to be replaced and advise you of the cost variance from our initial quote.
Remanufacturing
After your agreement on the parts to be replaced we will manufacture the components to the highest standards and in many cases to a better specification than the original manufacturers.
Assembly and test
Following the remanufacturing of the components we will reassemble the machine and conduct a full and documented test program to ensure that the machine exceeds the original specification.
